Jaki McDougall, managing director at GFT, said: “We have been involved with the GSWS initiative from the outset and all of our Front of House Managers have now attended training courses.
“Angela is the first to undertake the ‘training the trainer’ modules and she has been very positive about this programme.

Stella Callaghan, Project Manager at the Glasgow Tourism Service Initiative, said: “This is what the GSWS initiative is all about. It’s great that so many organisations, even smaller businesses, are embracing the opportunity to improve their in-house training and their overall service excellence.
“The arts and culture sector is very important to the tourist experience in Glasgow and so we are delighted that GFT has a staff member that will be training staff in-house to further improve their customer experience.”
