Listening to our Visitors workshop

22 Jan 2012

Happy visitors who are keen to spread the word about your business and come back time and again. Isn’t that what every tourism business is hoping to achieve? But how can you be sure that you are running a business that is focused on a positive customer experience? What do you actually know about your visitors? Who they are? Why have they come to visit your business and what do they want out of their experience?

These are all vital questions that every business should be able to answer so that they can make sure that their visitors spend more, stay longer and come back for more.

With this in mind, our partners Scottish Enterprise are holding a  Listening to our Visitors (LToV) workshop, which provides a hands-on session for managers, owners and staff, or anyone who is able to implement feedback mechanisms within the workplace and who is responsible for using feedback to drive the business forward.

The LToV workshop takes places on March 1, 2012 from 10am to 1.30pm, at House for an Art Lover, Bellahouston Park, Glasgow. Prices are just £25 per person (plus VAT).

This highly recommended workshop will also provide the ideal opportunity for networking during the lunch-break and for discussing your visitor feedback experiences and tools.

All delegates will receive a comprehensive Listening to our Visitors guide, which contains practical hints and tips on implementing customer feedback mechanisms.  An event not to be missed!
